Cancellations & Returns

1. Cancellations
Zanedo prides itself on the timely delivery of your beauty products and so long as the shipment has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be completed by contacting our Customer Service team via telephone on +971 4 368 0926 or +971 50 694 6925 or +971 50 154 4977 (Sunday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, UAE time) or by emailing us at

If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won't be able to cancel the order prior to receipt of the goods. Provided the items are unopened and in case of receipt of damaged, defective or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service team on the day of delivery of the goods. 

2. Refunds
If you are not 100% happy in any way with the goods you have received, please contact our Customer Service team with 72 hours of confirmed delivery of the order, where they will authorise the return and provide a return authorisation number which must be quoted at time of return delivery. A return or exchange will be provided on confirmation that the product(s) are still in a fully re-saleable condition. If the product(s) is not deemed in a suitable condition prior to its return or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If the item was ordered in error, you can still return the delivery and a refund can be provided under the same re-saleable provisions to the value of the order only - minus delivery costs. Return courier charges will be absorbed by the customer and must be paid prior to the courier reciepting the return, regardless of the value of the original order.

Items delivered that arrive faulty, not as advertised or with quality concerns will be refunded in full after authroisation is provided by the Customer Service team. Due to the nature of the products sold on the site, photographic evidence of the order may be required to ensure the process is handled as quickly as possible within the 72 hour refund timeframe. All returns must contain a copy of the delivery airway bill number and order number, the return auhtirsation code (obtainable from Customer Service) and the reason. It is appreciated that all items are re-packed securely.
